"I made some mistakes and they weren't going to ship my item and they kept sending me invoices for the amount due, I had paid for the amount due the night of the order, I rated the communication a 4 because I had a hard time trying to find out how t could get a hold of anyone. I had sent two emails and cut and pasted my bank transaction to these emails and finally (ioffers themselves don't interfere with the sell /return of the item, you are supposed to get a hold of the seller) ioffers help desk kind of interfered and emailed me to let me know that I had signed up with 2 different emails. Don't remember doing that.. Anyway it was 98% my fault and 2% theirs. I don't think (unless you want to do a lot of reading and I didn't feel like figuring it out) things were clear enough for me to make this transaction smooth like other websites. I mean I order a lot of stuff through the internet and have never had this problem before. But I give them 5 stars because once we figured out the problem it was smooth sailing from there. I received the item in a timely fashion and I'm pleased with it, Thank You Ioffers.com for interfering a little bit and figuring out what happened,"
